On Thursday 14 and Friday 15 September 2017, the eighth edition of “Eurocasta 2017” will be held in Marradi (Florence). It is a real international summit on chestnut, a typical product of the Mugello region and Southern Europe. The event is organized by the Areflh (Assemblée des Régions d’Europe Fruitières, Légumières et Horticoles)and will take place at the Teatro degli Animosi.
The tourist tax is a tax that is paid by those staying in a guest house. Tax is calculated per person per night based on the characteristics of the accommodation where you are staying. From July 1, 2012 you will also pay the tax in Mugello according to the provisions of Art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23.
During the week the traditional outdoor markets are held in Mugello, which offer not only food work table with fruits, vegetables, cheeses and meats from nearby hills, but also clothes and household items.
