The Museum Gotica of Ponzalla, was born to document the passage of the Second World War in Tuscany. In particular, they underlined the events of September 1944 that saw the passage of the Futa and the Pass of the Giogo as protagonists. These places were the scene of the attacks against the Gothic Line. The museum contains numerous texts, documents, written testimonies and films of that period. There are also war finds of Second World War found along the Gothic Line. It is possible to book guided tours and hiking on the battlefield. Here you will get a detailed explanation of the events and a visit to the original emplacement.
