Surfed Archaeological MuseumThe Surfed Archaeological Museum of Mugello, Alto Mugello and Val di Sieve is located within the Palazzo Comunale. It tells the origins of the territory from prehistoric times to the Renaissance period. The Surfed Archaeological Museum of Mugello, Alto Mugello and Val di Sieve houses prehistoric finds from the territory of Palazzuolo sul Senio, the municipality of Barberino di Mugello (in particulary the lake of Bilancino), Dicomano and other places. Medieval and Renaissance materials come from Borgo San Lorenzo, Cafaggiolo, Barberino di Mugello (found during the works for Lake of Bilancino) and San Martino in Frascole.
