The Museum of the Historical Landscape of the Apennine is located within the Badia of Moscheta, one of the most important Benedictine abbeys in the Apennines. The aim of the museum is to teach the landscape of the Appennino del Mugello and the high Mugello. The Museum is divided into three sections:
- history of the Badia di Moscheta
- Flora, fauna and history of human settlements and Apennine society
- significant historical epochs for changes and territory use
There is also a didactic workshop and itineraries in the surrounding countryside.
